How to make delicious Capsicum Pudding !

You have tasted carrots, semolina and nuts pudding but have you ever eaten chilli pudding! This pudding not at all tart and bitter in eating. This capsicum pudding is a new type of food seems sweet  to eat.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 Kg Green Capsicum
  • 200gm pure desi ghee
  • 200gm Mawa
  • 150gm Sugar
  • 100gm Cashew
  • 2gm  Cardamom Powder

Necessary steps:-

  1. Remove stems of capsicum and grated it.
  2. Then put it in the pan with 2 liters of water and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Removed from the water and keep aside.
  3. After that heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot put cashew, Chironji and fry. Then mix it with capsicum and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
  4. Then put Mawa, coconut powder and sugar and thoroughly stir to dissolve the sugar. Cook it until excess water dry.
  5. Lastly put Cardamom Powder.
